Where can you ship to?

I ship worldwide with Australia Post!

how long will my order take?

I try to process orders as soon as they come in, and will usually have them ready and sent in 1-3 business days.
Domestic orders (within Australia) will usually take 1-2 weeks.
International orders can take up to 4-8 weeks.
Tracking for both is highly recommended as these times are only estimates, and it guarantees the location of your order!

why does shipping cost so much?

Unfortunately the shipping prices are for the most part out of my control, as they are prices set by Australia Post.
I love packaging all orders to look as nice as they can, and the materials that are used cost money too! However I tend to shoulder these costs
as I’m excited for you to receive your bundle of goodies and that’s my top priority. :)

My package is damaged/has gone missing

If this occurs please contact me via email! Lost parcel and damage on delivery are usually able to be compensated, however you must
keep the original packaging as evidence for the compensation to be issued!
Missing deliveries or incorrect addresses will result in the order being returned, which in that case I will usually offer either a full refund or the order
to be re-sent at your expense. Please please make sure to have the correct address when making your order to ensure these issues don’t arise!

I forgot to add something/want to get something extra!

If the order has not been marked as shipped, send me an email and I’ll usually be able to add it to your initial order. If it has been sent
however, you will have to pay for shipping again as it will count as a separate order. :(

Vat/taxes

As a result of shipping worldwide, any country that has import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the order to pay upon
arrival. As there are differing policies in customs with each country, I am unable to charge accordingly with the initial order. Please check your country’s
customs laws if you are unsure, otherwise feel free to send me an email if you have any questions!
